Oh and it was lovely to see San Marino get their first ever set of 12 points in a Eurovision, from Ukraine in this instance! heart.gif

I wonder with ITV going to be showing The Voice Kids from 2017, whether they may see this as a way back into Junior Eurovision. It might be a nice prize for the winner to get (assuming the winner is between 10 and 15 of course!), as quite a few of this year's contestants came from their national version of The Voice Kids - the Australian and Ukrainian entrants spring to mind!

I never watched Junior Eurovision before until this year as Ireland joined. It was tough to watch, i skipped through alot of it, Malta were deserving winners but the voting was head wrecking, one kid shouting louder than the next, were all the kids delivering the points warned they must shout.

You may have all thought you'd got rid of Junior Eurovision chat for a few months, but you thought WRONG! The split results have now been announced and they are as follows:

Televoting (not including the 100% jury vote of Australia and San Marino as seen on the Eurovision.tv breakdown)

Jury

A very pleasant surprise to see Slovenia doing very well in both, I would've thought a high jury vote would've pulled up an average televote but they actually did better in the televoting despite being 3rd in the running order! San Marino coming 7th on televoting! ohmy.gif Australia's honeymoon period seemingly over, the juries rescuing Bella from a low position there. And unexpectedly the jury ruined Ireland's chances of a solid top 10 showing, I'd have expected the opposite once again.

Many thanks to a poster on ESC Forum for making these voting grids in case you ever read this! kink.gif

Full individual country detailed votes are here.

Why the hell does Junior Eurovision need a jury vote?

Feel so proud, she needs to perform 'Not My Soul' on the Live Shows. I'd implode.
