 Apparently it is from back in 2014 but I've only just heard and think it's quite a beauty. Haven't heard all of Semi 2 yet but it does sound quite strong from what I've heard so far, I must admit. |

HOLY CRAP. I'm pretty sure there are enough Game Of Thrones stans in this semi to get Altyr through. And there's enough pop love to get the likes of Azure/Medhelnia/Frandoot (and to a lesser extent Kylienips & Seyetana) through. Syndare is the one that strikes me as the closest to the Q line, as is TARO Bellamia. + Ojnoj/Daehun/BigZara SOMEWHERE in this mix. To be honest I DON'T KNOW. Only six songs stuck out as ones that will for sure do super well. |

Tbh I can see why the Buzzjack Mountain one will almost certainly be a DNQ. Next time I submit an original (and I am working on one now with 2 other Buzzjackers' vocals whose names will remain a secret for now
 ) I think I will do a more traditional song, verses, chorus and everything

The main flaw in my plan is that this looks to be a perfect breeding ground for both Asian and rock entries but surely ALL of those noticeable genres can't be through, something that perfect never happens, and there's far more dance people that I'm not noticing, but I'm sure a few of those that people expect through will fall by the wayside. Basically most people are in with a chance and I can only pick about 3 or 4 really safe qualifiers. Even you Aelandor have a chance, I would say Copeland would have a good chance of being a DNQ in nearly any other semi but it's lucked out to have a chance this time. And I'm probably not safe. I'm having to contrast myself next to Kyary. |

I must admit some of those Asian entries are pretty good, one or two really stick out and its not my style of sound but now I'm hooked on a few, listening to most of these today, as I have back problems again, give me something to do in the background. Glad to see Echos / Fiction getting a good reaction so far, there are other material from them, I just came across Echos on you tube by accident, and I was immersed with their power rock ballad sound.
