WELCOME to a brand new forum feature for the brand new TV and Soaps forum! Inspired by Richard Osman, we are bringing you the World Cup of TV Dramas! Over the next few days/weeks, some of your all time favourite TV dramas will be battling it out against each other to be the ultimate winner.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • 40 shows will be placed into 8 groups of five.
  • From each group, TWO will progress into the SECOND ROUND in a VS style knockout.
  • Each winner will then progress onto the QUARTER FINALS and then onto the SEMI FINALS.
  • From the semi-finals, we will reach the FINAL where our two most popular TV dramas will battle it out to be the winner!

HOWEVER, we need to get our 40 shows before we can start!! To mute any complaints of a certain show being missing, I have drawn up a (very) longlist of all the most notable TV dramas that I could think of/find. It may seem a bit daunting to see them all listed in the poll but all you have to do is pick as many of your favourite shows in the multiple choice poll. It's that simple! If you like NONE of the dramas in that individual poll, there is a N/A option at the bottom.

I really don't watch as much TV as I'd like to so I'm not sure how useful I'll be at voting in future rounds but I've thrown a vote to Black Mirror, Jessica Jones, 13 Reasons Why and Tracy Beaker in this round - they're pretty much the only ones I've seen laugh.gif
