I am looking for suggestions for new shows to get into. I say new as in I either haven't seen them at all or only a few episodes, or new as in have just started and I should get in on the band wagon earlier.

I really just watch the same shows over and over, they are 30 Rock, Will & Grace, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Cougar Town, Sex & The City and Sabrina. (Also Family Guy, American Dad and The Simpsons).

What should I be watching people, I can't just watch the same shows over and over for the rest of forever.

Looking at your tastes I'd say there's a big Married... With Children sized hole there.

Are you looking for anything specific genre wise?

I know the above are basically all comedy, but like do you want more comedy, or some drama, or different genre's entirely.

Comedy is good, I will accept some drama into my life or anything that is just good tbh. I used to love Desperate Housewives but fell out of it somewhere in Season 4, I tried to get back in to Season 5 or 6 but it just wasn't the same.

Well if you want dramedy then Devious Maids is a good shout, it's also by Marc Cherry. In the comedy vein I'd suggest Rick & Morty, Archer and Bojack Horseman if you want something a bit more adult/clever like American Dad (or Family Guy when it was still good). Suburgatory was also excellent, though it's now over.

Drama wise I'd probably suggest Shondaland would be the best best based on the shows listed above, Scandal (S1 is ok, but S2 on is excellent) and How To Get Away With Murder.

I loved Suburgatory, I always forget about it as they only released season 1 on DVD, and stupidly cancelled it after season 3. Also Happy Endings. I keep meaning to watch the Shonda shows.

So my list to checkout so far
Devious Maids
Scandal
How To Get Away With Murder

that's a hole everyone should fill immediately. Ditto 3rd Rock From The Sun, Malcolm In The Middle.

From WAY back, obscure 60's sitcom Green Acres was the inspiration for The Simpsons, 2nd season onwards are especially mad.

Looking at your list, I'd highly recommend Seinfeld and Frasier. Both fantastic shows.

I started watching Desperate Housewives when it was on E4, I had so many seasons to catch up on. Mike's death was still horrendous.
