So the album is OUT THERE in full, in decent quality, and it's now time to review your thoughts. This rate will be open for a few weeks, so if you're waiting for the official release, don't panic heehee.gif

We'll re-do this rate in a few months to see how your thoughts have changed over time, as we know some songs will grow and some will regress. Will be interesting to compare!

THE RULES
- Rate every song 0-10.
- One 11 and one -1 are allowed.
- Half marks are allowed but no 10.5 or -0.5 because they're not in the above range. Oh and also no other decimals like 6.2 or something silly.

This is atrocious compared to their previous lead singles. Really hoping this will grow, but at the moment there's just... nothing there at all.

One word to describe this album: dull. WHERE did the pop songs and brilliant choruses go?? Seriously, I can't believe in a year they've gone from 'FOUR' to, this. I shall gladly take an EP of 'Perfect', 'If I Could Fly', 'Never Enough' and 'What A Feeling', but the rest :/ As a body of work, it just seems so, monotonous. I understand the days of 'Take Me Home' are long gone, but 'FOUR' proved you can be grown up and mature whilst still delivering amazing pop songs. This smacks of "real music". 'I Want To Write You A Song' offends me, it is 'Gotta Be You' levels of disgusting.

BUT A POSITIVE 'What A Feeling' is one of the best 1D tracks yet, so bravo. 3rd single pls.

I agree with this entire post heehee.gif The chorus is the best part for sure, any ballad with Harry on lead is basically flawless though wub.gif

Probs missed the rate now, but i thought i'd pop this here anyway. As much as I liked the album, my initial thoughts were it was below the standard they had set themselves over the past 3 albums, maybe it lacked a little Zayn magic IDK. But I've been really binge listening it both today and yesterday, and I have to say I think I was very wrong, it has grown on me so much to the point where I think it might be on par with MM for me as my second fav. Wolves, Temporary Fix, What A Feeling, Never Enough; are all complete jams, and up there with their best album tracks imo.
