Disc 2 looks nice... great to see David doing some instrumentals (hopefully they won't be generic). 'GRRRR' was a great non-comercial song by him

Looking forward for Nicki & Jessie J!
Not sure about Dev at the moment, her part in the new JLS song isn't that great. |

This doesnt interest me at all. Liked the stuff off his first album (love won't let me go etc) but apart from the Kelly Rowland song he had, havent liked anything else since.

I can't wait to hear this. I might even be tempted to buy a whole album for the first time. Every song on there has great potential.

This is not his second album!!!! Just because he didn't exist for the big international public before When Love Takes Over doesn't mean he didn't release 3 albums prior to that.

Oh yeah sorry he did, I remember them! I just didn't think of them, which I should because had the one with Love Don't Let Me Go on it at the time! |

Oh yeah sorry he did, I remember them! I just didn't think of them, which I should because had the one with Love Don't Let Me Go on it at the time! It also had the original 'I Gotta Feeling' on it (Love Is Gone). LDLMG(WA) is my 2nd fave Guetta track ever (even if The Egg did all the production - go listen to 'Walking Away (Tocadisco Remix)' by The Egg it sounds exactly the same as LDLMG(WA) but without vocals). WTC is obviously my favourite and 'Sweat' would be 3rd. If Guetta credited himself on IGF then it would be first however, amazing classic song This post has been edited by danielMFAO: 16th July 2011, 03:36 PM |

I still think Love Don't Let Me Go is his best track (well I don't know that much of him, but still). I don't think he's going to outdo it anytime soon. |

Technically Love Don't Let Me Go *was* from his first album It got to #46 as the second single from 'Just A Little More Love' (his first album). The Egg's version was called Love Don't Let Me Go (Walking Away) and got to #3 but wasn't on any of his studio albums - it was taken from 'Fuck Me I'm Famous - Ibiza Mix 06'. Although it was later a bonus track on his third album 'Pop Life'.

Do you reckon will.i.am and Timabalnd co-produced the tracks that they're on? Although I can't imagine what the latter would sound like. Timbaland and David Guetta have, er, slightly different preferences when it comes down to the percussion for starters.

^Hopefully will.i.am didn't. His production skills have gotten incredibly lazy.
Disc 1 3. Turn Me On (featuring Nicki Minaj) 7. I Can Only Imagine (featuring Chris Brown & Lil Wayne) 9. I Just Wanna F*ck (featuring Timbaland & Dev) Disc 2 2. Lunar (David Guetta & Afrojack) REALLY looking forward to these. Have no idea how the Nicki Minaj and Timbaland/Dev tracks will turn out, but they have the potential to be incredible! |

Anyone else heard Without U with Usher yet? I think it's great Sort of similar to Chris Brown's Beautiful People in a way - Usher's voice has been 'treated' so that it doesn't exactly sound like him but it works really well on the song. Really like the melody to it, FAR better than Little Bad Girl.

Some artists involved make it all axciting, but after the rather dreadful "Where dem girls at" and "Little bad girl", I don't expect much from him. He only recycles his old beats into new songs.
