Hey guys. Thought you might enjoy this. Some Eurovision fan clubs have banded together to create an online live-streamed version of Eurovision which is supposed to take place on the dates that Eurovision was originally supposed to happen. Might not be what we wanted but it is a great substitute. I know me and my friends will definitely still have a Eurovision party if things have calmed down by then and watch this either way so.

In the wake of the recent pandemic and Eurovision 2020 effectively being cancelled, the values of the Eurovision Song Contest are being tested like no other time in its history. As Europe and its isolated people feel like they're drifting further apart - the Eurovision community is coming together, like no group ever before.

There may be no televised contest this year, but the Eurovision community are bringing the 2020 contest to you!

This Eurovision Week, a series of specially made streams will be broadcast live via Twitch, including interval acts and even commentary by Radio Presenter and Eurovision Fan, Joshua Dodd. We have done the best we can to ensure you receive the total Eurovision experience, with both Semi Finals and the Grand Final on what would've been their respective days.

Fan communities and websites from all over the world will make up the juries, while you at home will get to decide your Televote champion, and overall winner for Eurovision 2020 - the year that almost never was.

This project is a cooperation with other Eurovision fan communities such as the "Eurovision Song Contest - Fans Club" on Facebook with over 36K members and the Song Contest Forums, with more than 2K members. At the moment, we are looking for more communities to join us. We are also in contact with Eurovision news pages and blogs. As everything is still in the planning, we cannot give any further details about the event yet. However, we are open for any idea and cooperation.

Please be patient and stay tuned.

and another post here if anyone has any help they can and want to give to this project:

We Need YOU!

The show must go on.

As some may be aware, a collective of multiple Eurovision communities and industry professionals is organising a joint Eurovision livestream on the dates of the 2020 shows. However, organising a mini-Eurovision is no small feat - that's why we need YOUR help!

We need all the help we can get. We need creatives, designers, editors, assistants, hell probably even lawyers, the list goes on - so matter what you do, and no matter what you can bring to the table, if you can help out let us know.

We've put together a quick Google Form so you can let us know what, and how much, you can help out with!

We'll keep you posted on what happens - stay tuned over the next few days!
