And in the all-British clash, it is one set up to Alex Ward who won 6 qualifying matches to get to Wimbledon.

It's normally British wildcards or qualifiers that begin the mass British exodus to be honest.

I like to see Del Potro have a good run this this year. He's been so unlucky with the wrist injuries he's had.

I'm quite annoyed about the media did ask Venus Williams about the car crash she was involved in. Clearly she was visually upset about it.

Heather Watson has taken the first set, 6-0 in their second round match.

Don't blow it, Heather surely.

4-4 currently in the second set against Sevastova.

Heather's going on a run! Incredible stuff to see off the 18th seed with only a little bit of trouble in the second set.

And she didn't bottle it. She has beaten the 18th seed, Sevastova in straight sets. She's one of these players that I feel has been so unlucky in her career with injuries, It's great that she's through to the third round as a wildcard.

I remember her near-miss against Serena Williams at Wimbledon back in 2015, She deserved to win that match so much.

Four Brits (If you don't ask Dan Evans) into the third round for the first time in years.

Kvitova out in the second round, still recovering from that horrific injury she had.

An bizarre incident yesterday involving the conqueror of Wawrinka with Medvedev throwing coins at the umpire's chair and accusing the umpire of bias.

Back in 2015, Heather Watson was close to beating Serena Williams,

Today she has a great chance to beat Azarenka. She has broken Azarenka to go 4-4 in the final set.

And having said that, Watson has had her serve broken by Victoria Azarenka. And Azarenka serves for the match.

EDIT:

Out goes Heather Watson of Wimbledon. Once again she had an golden opportunity to beat a top player yes hence the ranking of Azarenka as she has had a baby and had injuries also she has just returned to play. It's like 2015 with Serena. She didn't have that extra edge when required, the pressure just got to her. It was a brilliant effort from her but not to be for Heather Watson.

It was so close for Watson, I watched the entire match, heartbreaking to see her go out after such a fantastic display of tennis (four breaks in a row in the final set I believe!) but well deserved to Azarenka. She'll be meeting Konta in the Quarters assuming they both reach it.

Fognini (understandably) almost totally crumbled after getting that 5-2 lead, a shame as that could've been a tense one! Not that it's too bad getting the world champion down that low though.

A disgusting gesture Fognini did no need to do that but he got better during the fourth set but Murray find more in the end. Another thrilling match with Murray.

Murray looks pretty shot though, he looks knackered. Can see him getting to the semi-finals, but if Nadal continues to play like this, he will wipe the floor with Murray.

Still not sure on Nadal. Hasn't looked good at Wimbledon since 2011, his dodgy knees are definitely not suited to grass courts. Would be good to see him go all the way though & continue his resurgence.

Extraordinary match between Muller & Nadal sees the latter knocked out! Although it's not really a surprise when Rafa exits Wimbledon early anymore.

Murray really has a fantastic chance to breeze through to the final now, I expect he'll meet Cilic in the Semi though so not a cert he'll make it!

I thought Nadal would make it this time.. seems I was proved wrong! What a great match though, that last set was enthralling.

That semi if it happens will be another classic Djokovic and Federer.

A great match between Muller and Nadal. What a final set that was.
