The big news for this game is Edison Cavani is very likely to be ruled out with a calf injury (although if Uruguay get through there is a good chance he'll be available later in the tournament). Uruguay I think will win through their solidarity in defence and their ability to usually be able to get a goal after relatively few chances.

Uruguay's defence will be hard to break down but France have the players to do it and with Mbappe in such good form I think France will have too much for Uruguay.

Depends if Cavani makes it to the match, France is clearly the favourite here BUT Uruguay can always surprise.

Its going to be a tight match, it probably finish as a draw in 90 minutes possibility going to penalties with France winning, mind you without Cavani Uruguay might cave early.
