Looking at those sales, thank God for Katy Perry last year!
I'll be happy with either Calvin/John or Lilywood/Robin at #1, but I'm backing the former more. |

Worried for Calvin today, as much as I love PIC I'd like to have Calvin get three consecutive #1s, I don't want PIC to become too overexposed though.

I can't see how they would've overtaken when they were almost equally as front-loaded. Taylor/Sam and perhaps Iggy have probably overtook it though, hope it can hold on to top 5, but a song like that getting as high as it did would be a great result either way. |

Five years since We Are Golden, Uprising (never realised those two debuted together ), Remedy and Run This Town were all in the top 10 together? What a great week.
I'll just be hoping Centuries gets as good a position as possible this week, along with support for Prayer In C + Walking With Elephants, having not yet heard Blame. |

Missed the top 40?
Bastille Oblivion Bad Blood | 2013 Release date: 07-09-2014 Format: digital EP Label: Virgin Records Video here: download track listing 1 Oblivion 2 bad_news 3 Pompeii (Live With Film Orchestra) 4 Bad Blood (Live Piano Version) 5 Oblivion (Slinger Remix) 6 bad_news (Instrumental) 7 Oblivion [video] Biography The neo-synth pop group Bastille were formed in London, England in 2010. Originally the solo project of singer/songwriter Dan Smith, Bastille expanded to a quartet after he decided to form a band and got some of his friends involved. The band attracted a lot of attention after putting a few tracks online, leading to support slots at major U.K. festivals like Glastonbury and the Isle of Wight. While their lush, heavily '80s-inspired melodies, anthemic choruses, and literate, emotionally raw lyrics, delivered in Smith’s swooping voice, undoubtedly appealed to kids weaned on the sounds of La Roux and Florence + the Machine, at least part of the hype was due to the flagrantly copyright-breaching videos that Smith, an ardent film buff, edited together out of footage from old movies like Terrence Malick’s Badlands. Eventually they secured a deal with hip indie label Young and Lost Club and released their debut 7” single, Flaws/Icarus, in July 2011. This was followed later that year by Laura Palmer EP, named for the teenaged murder victim in David Lynch’s cult '90s TV series Twin Peaks; the creepy accompanying video for the track “Overjoyed” was also heavily inspired by the series. The group returned in 2013 with their debut album Bad Blood. ~ John D. Buchanan, Rovi / iTunes Chart history (Year peak title): 2012 21 Flaws -1- 2013 02 Pompeii -2- 2013 42 Laura Palmer -3- 2013 28 Things We Lost In The Fire -4- 2013 02 Of The Night -5- 2014 21 Pompeii / Waiting All Night (Bastille & Rudimental Feat.
