Mavericks extend the lead to 3-0.
No team has ever win a series after trailing 3–0, including the Celtics last year who forced Game 7 after losing the first 3 games and ALMOST win ECF! Still, almost will never be enough for the Wolves.

Timberwolves 107-116 Mavericks

Mavericks:
Luka Doncic: 33 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 5 steals, 5/11 3pt FG (45.5%)
Kyrie Irving: 33 points

Timberwolves:
Anthony Edwards: 26 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists
Karl-Anthony Towns: 14 points, 11 rebounds (double-double)

Jaylen Brown is awarded the NBA Eastern Conference Finals MVP.

Can Tatum et al. finally collect their first ring in 16 years? thinking.gif

The Timberwolves force a Game 5 after a close battle against the Mavs.

This gives the Celtics more resting time to prepare their Finals.

36 points dropped by both Doncic & Irving sends the Mavs to The Finals for the first time since 2011. That year, the team led by Jason Kidd and the Finals MVP Dirk Nowitzki defeated the iconic Miami Heat trio (LeBron James, Dwyane Wade & Chris Bosh) 4-2 and won the NBA Championship.

Luka Doncic is awarded the Western Conference Finals MVP. He's aiming to bring back the ring to Dallas and set the records of having a back-to-back Finals MVP not born in the USA.

Mavericks 124-103 Timberwolves

Box score:

Mavericks:
Luka Doncic: 36 points, 10 rebounds (double-double), 5 assists, 6/10 3pt FG (60%)
Kyrie Irving: 36 points

Timberwolves:
Anthony Edwards: 28 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists
Karl-Anthony Towns: 28 points, 12 rebounds (double-double)
