Does anyone on here watch this? It's probably one of my favourite comedy shows ever. Absolutely brilliant! This post has been edited by Seinfeld: Oct 19 2021, 01:45 AM |

I think the middle few seasons, they had a good series of regulars and occasionals and were getting some of the themes spot on: selfishness, pickiness, wackiness, arguing Yeah, seasons 4-7 is definitely Seinfeld at its peak. I think it was a slow burner. The first two seasons are alright and have some funny moments, but you could tell the show was still finding its feet. Season 3 was the first full season, and that's when it really gets going. Season 8 is great (has some of the best episodes) and season 9 is quite good, but the show definitely had a different feel to it after Larry David left. It became more slapstick and some of the stories were silly. I think that's why the latter seasons get a bit of stick. |

I was just watching a few clips on YouTube and it really is timeless...
Easily the best US sitcom! |

This is what a modern Seinfeld could potentially look like:

is this the show whee they were all total c**ts to eachother? They're total c**ts to pretty much everyone They don't really care if someone dies either… This is what sets Seinfeld apart from other sitcoms, there's no emotional attachments whatsoever. Jerry Seinfeld accusing Friends of being a Seinfeld clone. I agree with Jerry. Friends is an enjoyable show but it's definitely a 'watered down' Seinfeld clone. |

Is anyone here a marine biologist? The last scene is possibly the greatest scene of all time...
The writing is absolutely brilliant. The way it all comes together at the end. |

There's a strong rumour that Seinfeld is returning to NBC in 2018.

Not exactly surprising in all honesty. A one-off reunion special in 2018 or 2019 would be nice but obviously won't happen. |

For a show that was never meant to be sentimental, this video montage is very moving! |
