Hi Dexton!
Someone You Loved finally grabbing the #1 for you! Doubt it'll crack the upper end of my chart but it's certainly one of the better songs in the charts right now! That's a big climb for Never Go Back It's a solid follow-up but nowhere near the level of Nevermind for me. Giving the Marshmello/CHVRCHES song a listen now, it's a decent song, not grabbing me instantly but I'm sure it'll grow as I hear it more and more. Great chart |

Hello Dexton!
Nice to see "Someone You Loved" at #1 and the debut "Here With Me" in the top 10! I also like the debuts for "Don't Call Me Up", "I Can't Get Enough", "So Am I" and "Think About You"! Great chart! |

hi Dexton!
01 03 Lewis Capaldi Someone You Loved [49-43-28-18-9-4-3-1] nice song, not one of my big faves but one of the better slow songs we've had in the chart recently ne.gif 09 00 Marshmello Here With Me (feat. CHVRCHES) [9] another great effort from him, sounds a lot like Happier but I enjoyed that ne.gif 19 00 Mabel Don't Call Me Up [19] this came and went for me a while ago, glad it's done well though it's one of the better pop songs we've had recently ne.gif 21 00 Benny Blanco, Selena Gomez, J Balvin, & Tainy I Can't Get Enough [21] this just sounds like a watered down Mi Gente to me oops! ne.gif 31 00 Billie Eilish wish you were gay [31] one of the weaker songs of hers to date for me, hopefully there's mostly better songs on the album ne.gif 34 00 Ava Max So Am I [34] not so keen on this but it also took me a while to get into Sweet but Psycho ne.gif 42 00 Kygo Think About You (feat. Valerie Broussard) [42] really liking this, Kygo's back to being great great chart! |

Lewis Capaldi came out of nowhere and already has 2 #1s here! A deserving official #1 too! I already prefer Never Go Back to Nevermind tbh, although that charted criminally low for me tbh (#26 peak iirc) Marshmello + CHVRCHES is the collab I never knew I needed Thanks! Hello Dexton! Nice to see "Someone You Loved" at #1 and the debut "Here With Me" in the top 10! I also like the debuts for "Don't Call Me Up", "I Can't Get Enough", "So Am I" and "Think About You"! Great chart! Hey sergej! Don't Call Me Up finally hit me last week, such a good song! I'm still... not big on Someone You Loved but I'm liking the overall adult contemporary vibe in the #1's Nice to see Marshmello make a sizable debut, hope that continues to slay in the future!

Nice to see Lewis Capaldi going from strength to strength. Wasn't expecting him to be looking at four weeks at the top officially either! Is it doing much in Australia?
Some great new entries in your chart this week. Really liking that Marshmello/CHVRCHES collab, probably my favourite thing he's done and hopefully it will give CHVRCHES their first UK Top 40 in 7 years or whatever it is! Good to see you liking the new Ava Max, cos so am I (see what I did there? sorry I'll get my coat lol) Quite liking the new Kygo too, in fact I don't think I've disliked any of his releases so far, despite the fact that they all sound a bit samey lol. I expect that's why he's stopped having chart hits too, shame though. I'm surprised Hozier hasn't done better this era, though I suppose that's somewhat down to lack of airplay. Sweet Music is probably his best this era. You're a bit late to the party with Mabel but good to see it there. I don't think it's quite as good as Fine Line but I'm still pleased it's doing so well for her. Excellent selection this week |
