Im sure that if they had let a monkey pick up the track order and the singles at random, he would have done a better job
 but besides that, there's been a heavy backlash online with lots of people cancelling Billie :/ |

Oh just looked up why she's cancelled and apart from the racist video she did a few years back which she's apologised for it's all a fuss about nothing. Considering she's had a horrible stalking incident I cant blame her for being a bit standoffish with her fans.

Does this actually have a significant impact on music sales though? Considering an actual convicted sex offender had a Top 10 hit last year I don't think Billie has too much about cancel culture damaging the album release. |

The Meduza remix of 'Bad Habits' doing extremely well to make an appearance in the top 200, rare for dance remixes to do so unless they are the primary promoted version of the song in question of course. A week too early for it to have any bearing on the timing of the song going to ACR though (I'd guess it is still likely to go there in the earliest possible week).
Billie's album bomb showing would have been extremely disappointing if it was a few months ago, but at this point after the diminishing returns of the last couple of singles it was pretty clear that the buzz around her has been fading so it's not really that surprising. The title track has at least made a bigger initial splash than the last two singles did. |

Quiet week for new releases this week. Can see the 3 Billie tracks (whichever 3 that end up charting) starting off well then dropping as the week goes on. The main one which looks like it’s gonna be ‘Happier than Ever’ might manage to scrape top 20 if it’s lucky, I think the other 2 will be lucky to scrape top 40. Might see 1 Skepta album track enter also, although streams aren’t too high for his singles so it might miss out. Would be good to see Dermot Kennedy’s new one debut top 40, I really like it after multiple listens. Hoping and praying that D-Block Europe’s new one stays away, just when you think surely they can’t have a song any worse they always manage to beat it 😂
