Taking the wooden spoon is the reggae-tinged final single from Let's Talk About Love. It's not as bad as critics say but nobody really needed or wanted a Celine Dion reggae/dancehall song.

Coming in only slightly better is Celine's dabble with classical crossover, a duet with Andrea Boccelli. She certainly has the pipes for this, I like this but clearly you guys weren't keen in the grand scheme!

This is a bit low imo, a very nice pop song although I kind of forget about it most of the time laugh.gif

I don't hate this, but it's a pointless cover when the original does the same job and you can feel everything Daniel Merriweather felt when he wrote it.

Not fussed at this being in the first batch out, it isn't terrible but it feels like something she lost in the 90s and found again to fill space on Taking Chances laugh.gif

I can't say any of those are huge shocks tbh.

Tbh I'm surprised the Prayer isn't last tho! Also the Water & The Flame is meh.

'Goodbye's (The Saddest Word)' is a nice enough little ballad, but there were far more better choices on 'ANDHC' that could have become singles such as 'I Surrender', 'Sorry For Love' or even 'Ten Days'. My personal pick would be either of the former 2 or both, then release 'GTSW' as the 4th or 5th single.
