My my my, I forgot how good this was
 If we use tie-break rules, this technically robbed us of a top three placing, it did in the eyes of the bookies anyway, but most people credited it as joint third, still, fabulous uplifting pop from Estonia |

Aren't the winners always unexpected...
The faves as far as I can remember were: 2002: Corinna May (Germany) 2003: Tatu (Russia) 2004: Sakis Rouvas (Greece) 2005: Helena Paparizou (Greece) 2006: Anna Vissi (Greece) Dear Greece, often favourites to win, though Helena for once lived up to the expectation...in 2004 I had actually expected Ruslana to win though she was 2nd fave with the bookies... This year I just don't know yet...its about performance now not just song...if Lordi's song had been done by a band without their make up etc...they would not have won. The performance won it for them... |

The faves in 2002 were Estonia or Germany, it kept changing I think, I can't remember too well  And last year Carola overtook Anna Vissi in the odds the day before the contest
