Juice WRLD
Burn

Album track from Fighting Demons
Released: 10th December 2021
Label: Grade A Productions / Interscope Records

Video

Biography

Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Jarad Higgins would freestyle rap through his school hallways. As a teenager, he began recording as Juice WRLD (a nod to the 1992 film starring 2Pac) and set his eyes on stardom. “My biggest fear is not getting to the point I want to,” he told Apple Music in the documentary accompanying his 2018 Up Next campaign, “but that’s also my biggest strength.” His distinctive, genre-blending take on emo rap—Auto-Tuned vocals, hints of pop punk, and beats inspired by Chief Keef and Chicago drill—shines on the breakthrough singles “Lucid Dreams” and “All Girls Are the Same,” which plumbed grief and regret and heartbreak with alarming honesty. Just five months after his star-making debut project, Goodbye & Good Riddance, he released a full-length collaboration with Future that felt like a euphoric, decadent victory lap. His second full-length solo project, Death Race for Love, released in March 2019, continued to mine personal pain for maximum drama, while collaborations with BTS and Ellie Goulding exhibited his range. Juice WRLD passed away in Chicago in December 2019 at age 21. - Apple Music

Sam Feldt and Rita Ora
Follow Me

Non-album single
Released: 10th December 2021
Label: SF Music

Video

Biography

Sam Feldt
No matter what the calendar says, it’s always summer in Sam Feldt’s music. The Dutch producer combines tropical-house atmospheres, big-room drums and effortless pop songwriting to create a sound that glows like a sunset. Born in 1993, the Netherlands native launched his career in 2014 with “Bloesem” (Dutch for “blossom”), capturing the easygoing spirit of the nascent melodic-house scene in breezy flutes and a lilting reggae backbeat. Over the next few years, he kept expanding tropical house’s organic parameters, lacing “Show Me Love” with evocative birdsong and sculpting “Been a While” around twinkling acoustic guitar and trumpet. On 2017’s double album Sunrise to Sunset, he levelled up to bigger, bolder pop songwriting and indulged a main-stage sweet tooth on the first disc, then eased into mellower, more sentimental vibes in the album’s back half. His subsequent singles have kept pushing outward, slipping between acoustic accents (“Gold”), UK garage rhythms (“Hide & Seek”) and bold, brassy horn charts (“2 Hearts”). Whatever the style or instrumentation, the mood of Feldt’s music is unfailingly upbeat. As he told Apple Music, his music boils down to a simple but powerful combination: “Emotional, melodic and filled with good summer vibes.” - Apple Music

Rita Ora
On early singles like “Hot Right Now” with DJ Fresh and her own 2012 smash “How We Do (Party)”, Rita Ora exudes the headstrong confidence and swagger of an artist who knows exactly what she’s about. She also knows what she can do with a voice that fits just as well with lovelorn ballads as it does with full tilt party-starters. That combination of positivity and versatility has helped make Ora—born Rita Sahatçiu in Prishtina in the former Yugoslavia, in 1990—one of the most successful British female solo artists ever. And even though her troubles with her first record label led to a long delay for the follow-up to her 2012 debut Ora, she filled the gap with feature appearances on tracks by Iggy Azalea, Charli XCX and Avicii, along with a stream of UK Top 10 singles such as the dreamy “Anywhere” and “For You”, a duet with Liam Payne for the soundtrack of Fifty Shades Freed. (Her role in the steamy screen franchise as Christian Grey’s sister gave her another chance to show off her glamorous side.) In 2018, Ora released Phoenix, an apt title given her determination to survive any storm and come out sounding as fierce and forthright as ever. - Apple Music

Biography

José Monserrate Feliciano García (born September 10, 1945), better known simply as José Feliciano [xoˈse feliˈsjano], is a Puerto Rican musician, singer and composer, best known for many international hits, including his rendition of the Doors' "Light My Fire" and the best-selling Christmas single, "Feliz Navidad." His music is known for its fusion of styles: Latin, jazz, blues, soul and even rock, created primarily with his unique, signature acoustic guitar sound. His oftentimes mellow easy listening influences are easily recognizable in many songs heard around the world.

In the United States, he first received widespread popularity in the 1960s, particularly after his 1968 album Feliciano! reached number two on the music charts. Thus far, he has released over fifty albums, worldwide, in both English and Spanish.
