VERY apt title for Screech And anyway, what does she stand for?? She started out full on Destiny's Child-style rnb for a couple albums, then went mega pop, then went Avril Lavigne rocky pop, like this, then went back into full pop, then went into her I Wannabe Adele phase, and now ... back to Avril Lavigne?? Screaches trend-chaser. Your obsessional, completely irrational hatred for her is just weird. |

Not hatred. Like I said, I just don't get it. Like, why has she never went back to rnb since it went out of fashion?? Why does she go full on Adele mode when Adele was at her height? Is she an rnb, pop, dance or ballad artist? There's no cohesion.

The R&B was her debut album which I think she was pretty much forced to record by her label, doesn't like it and wasn't her. Like, would you say Christina Aguilera's debut album is indicative of her career since?
No cohesion is a pretty weird accusation, considering one of the main criticisms levelled at her is that she rarely steps outside of her pop/rock comfort zone. |

This is Michael showing his lack of cohesion tbh. He can’t like Pink under any circumstance, it’s the persona that gave him his relevance on this forum to start with.
Pink is clearly now an artist who knows who she is. She often gets criticised for playing it safe these days but in all fairness she’s delved into lots of different musical styles in the past and is happy at the moment just doing her thing. I like Can’t Take Me Home but it is still her weakest album for me and I don’t want her returning to a too RnB sound as that genre is all over the place these days. |

Added to Radio 2 Playlist but not R1 which does seem to mark the end of her support from the latter.

Radio 1 don’t support many women past 40. There’s Beyonce right now and I’m sure someone else but I can’t think who. Plus Madonna and Kylie didn’t get dropped by them until they were quite a bit past 40.
But she also isn’t going to be making music for the Radio 1 audience so it isn’t surprising. |

Screeches trend-chaser. I honestly wish you would just keep your thoughts to yourself instead of writing these ridiculous posts. Anyway, after my lukewarm initial reception to it, after a few more listens I'm really getting into 'Irrelevant' it's a shame it's not getting properly pushed anywhere (apart from R2 I guess). |
