The US remake of Les Revenants has just started airing. For UK users, new episodes are available every Tuesday on Netflix.
Has anybody seen the pilot? I watched i,t and loved it. I will probably check out the original at some point, however I'm not a massive fan of subtitles which is why I haven't started on it. Such a great cast involved in the US TV show, lots of recognisable faces for you all! |

I don't subscribe to Netflix so I won't be able to see this. The French version was brilliant. Forget about any aversion to subtitles and watch it

Why did they think making TWO shows based on the same book/idea was a good idea? Awks If you're talking about resurrection isn't that a different book? Also is there supposed to be more than one episode on Netflix? This post has been edited by Steve D: 11th March 2015, 10:09 PM |

Yeah but they are the same idea basically. What makes it even lazier is that Resurrection debuted only a year ago (EXACTLY a year ago)

The French version was brilliant. Forget about any aversion to subtitles and watch it This! The original series was pretty much perfect and easily amongst the most impressive TV shows I've seen in years. Unlike US or UK shows that try too hard to be showy and glossy or dark and gritty, this just kind of exists in a real world, with believable characters behaving in a usually believable way. |

This is fantastic! I watched the first two episodes this morning. Quite different to anything on TV at the moment, that I like anyway.
I loved how during the first episode there was definitely enough mystery too because I couldn't even tell if everyone disappeared or died ha! My gut feeling though is that this will get cancelled. |
