Ed Sheeran & Stormzy can make it 3 weeks at #1, with Aitch, Kygo/Whitney and Post Malone the closest challengers. New releases include Camila Cabello with Liar and Shameless, Stormzy with Sounds of the Skeng and Professor Green & Alice Chater with Got It All

Post Malone is likely to score a second #1 album with Hollywood's Bleeding, a year after Beerbongs & Bentleys. Aitch releases his debut EP AitcH2O, and there's new albums from Bat For Lashes with Lost Girls, Jax Jones' extended version of Snacks, Status Quo with Backbone, Black Star Riders' Another State of Grace, Iggy Pop's Free and Belinda Carlisle's Gold

Breakdown of the week
- Saturday: Some information may be posted on social media but it is likely to be missing most streaming data and is unrepresentative.
- Sunday: Official First Look Chart on Radio 1 from 6-7pm
- Monday: OCC Top 100 from 5:45pm
- Tuesday: Top 40 update as and when we receive them with requests, this is NOT 100% guaranteed however. The OCC may publish sales flashes of their own accord but likewise, this is not guaranteed. Twitter and social media is your friend for today. Please post any information you find with a source. Do not nag for updates, we will post a top 40 update if we receive one.
- Wednesday: Top 40 update from Music Week from 5:45, and potential top 5 sales but this is not guaranteed.
- Thursday: See Tuesday.

Other notes (please read)
- You may make requests Tuesday to Thursday but outside the top 40, specific positions will not be revealed (unless deemed necessary by a mod).
- Please do not demand a midweek update, one will be posted as and when we receive the information. Patience is a virtue.
- Sales information will be given out as deemed necessary by a moderator, please bear this in mind when making requests. Most requests for sales will be ignored.
- To keep everyone in the loop of all chart action, please refer to the iTunes and Spotify threads.

It's also been #1 here in Finland, interesting that UK is the country where it is struggling a bit.

It's just taking its time a bit here, it'll easily end up going top five.

it's climbing slowly, not struggling
and it's doing so cos R1 has ignored it so far
the support on Spotify has been gradual but it's increasing now and the song is climbing faster now as a result

Kylie Step Back In Time album collecting a few sales since her Strictly performance on Saturday. Nothing mega, but at the lower end of the chart every sale counts. Hopefully she can get the album to return to the top 50

Singles bonus:

41 Miley Cyrus - Slide Away
42 Aitch - Intro *
45 Camila Cabello - Shameless *
48 Mahalia feat Burna Boy - Simmer
54 Lil Nas X - Panini {video effect}
57 Sam Fender - Will We Talk?
66 Amy Wadge - Faith's Song
68 Billie Eilish - All The Good Girls Go To Hell *
69 Jax Jones feat Ella Henderson - This Is Real *
75 Yves V feat Afrojack & Icona Pop - We Got That Cool *
77 Mark Ronson feat Yebba - Don't Leave Me Lonely
87 Sam Fender - The Borders *
89 Ava Max - Torn
91 James Arthur feat Ty Dolla $ign - Treehouse *
92 Leftwing & Kody - I Feel It *

hopefully Smiley can make top 40 this week, 'Slide Away' is a vast improvement from 'Mother's Daughter'.
great to see Jax looking for another top 100 hit and Yves V and Leftwing & Kody entering (not sure how the latter is here though considering it's not top 200 on Apple Music or Spotify and fairly low on iTunes).
