Daniel Bedingfield (born 3 December 1979) did it twice - with Gotta Get Thru This (2001) and If You're Not The One (2002).

Using the same logic of going for people who spent a long time at number one, Olivia Newton-John was number one on her birthday with Summer Nights. Surely at least one Beatle must have been number one on their birthday

George Harrison was No. 1 on his birthday in 1971 with "My Sweet Lord".
