Oh my GOD, having Living For Love ranked SECOND BEST at least is a disgrace to what is a fine album.

Right. It's a fine song in itself, but probably wouldn't be so high had it not been a single.

The A* Ghosttown to win.

Do people know they were voting for their least favourite still, or did 6 people actually vote for 'Ghosttown' to be placed second? ohmy.gif

'Ghosttown' to win for me. Definitely the #1 song on this album for me. I love 'Living for Love' and is one I rank highly too, but I don't feel quite comfortable with it being Top 2. I placed it there when the album had just been released but, as I listened more and more, other album tracks moved ahead of it.

I think I have it about 10th, which obviously could be much worse, but given my (personally curated) album only has 12 tracks, not much.

I'm very happy to announce that 'Ghosttown' is our winner, although it's a surprisingly close victory of 7-6. This single is certainly her best from post-Confessions, pretty gutted it has such a lousy chart position. sad.gif

I had another listen to Rebel Heart last night and my ranking of it has completely changed yet again! For the most part, it's too consistent to make a proper decision of which song I prefer to another, and a few of the songs that rank more lowly feel too low yet I'm stuck with something to swap them with! But aside from my obsession of making lists, the fact that I experience the album in different ways each listen is no doubt a good thing and it feels like Madonna has things to say which is more that can be said for the majority of her two albums before.

P.S thanks Haus for posting whilst I was away! biggrin.gif

Over time 'Ghosttown' has emerged as the best song on the album for me, it's truly brilliant so I'm glad to see it reign victorious!
