Rihanna has had NINE #2 singles in the UK, but how would you rank them and regardless of the quality, what one actually felt most like a #1?
Slayanna 1. Rude Boy 2. Russian Roulette 3. Work (feat. Drake) Enjoy when listen to 4. Pon De Replay 5. Love The Way You Lie (w/ Eminem) 6. SOS 7. Live Your Life (w/ T.I.) Meh 8. This Is What You Came For (w/ Calvin Harris) Flush x 9. Unfaithful I went for 'This Is What You Came For' as the biggest hit as it was huge at the time obviously but 'Work' could've easily been up there as well. Maybe 'Love The Way You Lie', that actually was the best selling of 2010 wasn't it? 'Russian Roulette' does not feel as big as it was, undeservedly |

01 SOS
02 Russian Roulette 03 Unfaithful 04 Love The Way You Lie 05 Pon De Replay 06 Work 07 Live Your Life 08 Rude Boy 09 This Is What You Came For But they're all fab (like Rude Boy is still a 9/10) except This Is What You Came For which is one of her weakest singles. I think Work "felt"/was the biggest, maybe This Is What You Came For. LTWYL was obv huge at the time but I don't think it's stood the test of time as well as it might have. |

At the time, "Love the Way You Lie" was huge and as Andrew said, was the highest-selling song of 2010. However, it hasn't stood up that well and in terms of current impact, I would say that "Work" is the most well-remembered/deserving of being a #1 hit. It's also my favourite.
Rank: 1. "Work" 2. "Unfaithful" 3. "Love the Way You Lie" 4. "SOS" 5. "Rude Boy" 6. "This is What You Came For" 7. "Live Your Life" 8. "Pon de Replay" 9. "Russian Roulette" I don't really love/revisit any or them as much as I do with "Work" though. I'd say some of her #3 or #4 hits were more deserving of a #1 or #2 peak though - namely "Disturbia", "S&M", "FourFiveSeconds", "Don't Stop the Music" and "Stay". |

Love The Way You Lie feels the biggest.
Rude Boy even feels bigger than some of her #1s (like Run This Town, Monster and Take A Bow). My favourite #2 single is Russian Roulette but that’s not really a huge single for her in regards to sales / being well remembered. |

Work is brilliant but suffers from overplay so went for Unfaithful as my fave.
But definitely Work for the second question, one of the biggest songs of the decade. The average person on the street would assume it was #1 for months and you still hear it way more than any other on that list. |
