I'd never have thought the Manics would do a song like this. It's a world away from songs like 'The Masses Against The Classes' isn't it? laugh.gif

I'd say it's more Postcards From A Young Man than Tigers.

I've been dreading this release and rightly so as it's utter drivel and quite easily the most terrible thing they've ever done.

I don't think it's a bad as some of the stuff of Postcards. I like the riff.

In fairness most football songs are dreadful! I wasn't expecting this to be great!
