The Chainsmokers/5SOS did enter the top 40 when it came out, so it would be a re-entry.

I hope Dido is #11 She is! Still no chainsmokers Dave giggs Octavian beeny blanco or Alec Benjamin yet get top 40 hope still top 50 and lizzo not drop to far All the songs you've mentioned are Top 50 except Giggs who is top 55 (and Dave because all his songs are still Top 25?). Who Do You Love is only a few sales off Mark/Miley at #40 so could scrape in, but How It Is looks more likely to do it. |

I remain astounded at Dido’s endurance. Hopefully this can be a steady seller all year!

Yeah the only album announced for July/August that will challenge for the #1 is Slipknot - hopefully we get more announcements soon.

George Ezra - Pretty Shining People has to surpass last weeks number 41 peak, think he will just about manage it.
The Top 5 albums will all sell over 10k this week. Bonnie Tyler has dropped in each update, i really would welcome her securing a Top 40 entry tomorrow. |

This is indeed a worry - I fear it may dominate in the summer lull, can't see much in the Release schedule that wil be able to sustain Sales of 10k in Jul/Aug. Yeh was thinking that but it won't be no1 over the next t month or two as there seems to be biggish releases until then eg next week Billie Eilish will easily outsell it next week. |
