If you could relive any Kylie era and not change anything at all which one would it be and why?

Is it based in success or preference of music ?

You overlooked the Let's Get To It era, that says a lot...
I've enjoyed the Light Years era the most because Kylie was finally herself again. If I could revive an era it would probably be Rhythm Of Love, because I was kid back then and I was kind of irritated of Kylie's new direction in style and behavior. I guess I was too innocent to enjoy it. Still, I remember listening to BTDYK for the first time on the radio and loving it immediately. |

I voted for the 'Fever' era, as I remember it so vividly as it was an amazing time being a Kylie fan, as it finally seemed she was getting the credit she deserved and fully secured her place on the almighty a-list. While 'Light Years' brought her back from the wilderness, but it was 'Fever' that cemented her legacy and it was just nice to see her get the credit she fully deserved, and plus it was nice seeing her win new fans, and seemed more successful than she was during her PWL heyday.
While 'LY' will always be my favourite Kylie album, however it was 'Fever' that really opened doors for her and yeah this was a more refined and polished offering, and plus I don't think anyone was expecting the level of success that this was about to receive. 'Fever' ranks as my 2nd fave Kylie album and the 4 singles that were released are/were just perfect. The lead single 'Can't Get You Out of my Head' really set the tone perfectly and was one of those songs that you just knew was gonna be huge and everything was just so chaotic during this time (especially the media interest) and the battle they tried to create between her and a certain Victoria Beckham, but come on we all knew who was gonna come out on top, for god's sake this song sounded like an instant classic upon first hearing. 'In Your Eyes' & 'Love At First Sight' were just perfect (and both deserved to be chart toppers in my opinion) & even 'Come Into My World' was a great ending to this era, and it did feel like it was complete by this point. My only slight gripe is that I wanted more, 'Love Affair' would have made a great 5th single, just imagine the music video & promo it would have got like all the other singles. So on the whole this era was just a very special time to be a Kylie fan. |

Fever, but not because its my favourite album because its not, I just remember being a university, going out and every bar, gay or straight was playing kylie and she was just everywhere and everyone loved her, so many great memories of that time.

^^ Totally agree, Fever is not my favourite either but Kylie was at the top of her game in terms of commercial success and was everywhere, amazing time to be a fan.

Light years was a huge one for me and I much prefer it personally but for overall success fever brought kylie to her peak.

Light Years.
Fever brought new levels of success for Kylie and more international success in addition to her biggest hit in America for years. That said, Light Years helped set all that up as it reignited huge levels of interest in Kylie. Light Years returned Kylie to m,mainstream success and returned her to the Top of the singles chart. Light Years ticked all the right boxes and her era i hold with huge regard. |

I voted for rhythm of love. Perfect four singles which are all classic tracks and a great album.

As an era, Rhythm of Love had the perfect singles but the album under-performed and Kylie's popularity went into decline.
Rhythm of Love is now seen as the album that changed Kylie and it is disappointing the album sales doesn't reflect how great the singles were and how successful they were. |

Rhythm of love deserved far more success but the popularity of those 4 singles is more now than back then.

Rhythm of Love may have disappointed with sales but it was a huge stepping stone in ensuring Kylie would be a long player.

The album does feel it was bigger than what it was and better the devil you know feels like it was a number 1. Have to say listening to SBIT has me liking shocked far more than I have done so for years as its not in my most played Kylie songs at all.

Fever as they made all the right decisions...others all seem to go wrong after great starts...Light Years should definitely have had a fifth single, the first four too close together, mainly due to Kids. X was great fun, loads of promo but The One was never properly showcased. 2 Hearts should have been a pre single, The One released as the ‘launch’.
