What’s the actual reason he went back to Ella in the end? Tbh I feel it works better on just Ella’s name alone and a Selena collab just doesn’t feel as refreshing. |

They knew each other from then and were still in contact. When Selena’s team eventually turned it down and he was looking for a diva I guess she was a choice. Mind you he could have chosen a bigger more current name to help sales... Looks like it turned out well for both! |

The video made this properly click for me, Ella is so adorable / likeable in the video
 It's all so fun and feel good. I really hope this becomes a hit, if 'Harder' can then this should be huge!

Yeah love the video. She is a perfect singer and personality for this.
Hopefully it will get more play on big stations soon. Capital haven’t played it at all despite it being in the 20s on iTunes. and that Big Top40 is just bizarre as it includes their own airplay numbers as a parameter. |

Selena's team turned this down, is that actually what happened? Are they crazy?

Based on that clip I'm glad it came back to Ella, I'm sure I'd have loved Selena's version if that was the one released but Ella's voice is much better suited for it.

Maybe being added to Kiss gave it an good boost? Only 66 on Spotify though, needs a good push there. And Capital to actually give it a play🙄 Hopefully make the top 40 official next week and move onwards ... |
