R.I.P. Lemmy
Lemmy first came to prominence with the Blackpool/Manchester band The Rockin' Vickers when he was lead guitarist. This was their minor hit from way back in 1966 - Dandy. It was written by Ray Davies of The Kinks. He then became Roadie to Jimi Hendrix and The Nice before joining Hawkwind.
