This week Waterparks debut at #1 with the second single 'Watch What Happens Next' from their upcoming third album 'Fandom'. They've also now released a grat track 'Dream Boy' which will likely appear in next week's chart. Sam Fender climbs up to #4 with the latest single 'Will We Talk?' from his upcoming debut album 'Hypersonic Missiles' - which I'm sure will give some more songs into the chart!
There are 5 other climbers into the top 10 this week - Volbeat, Post Malone, Sergio of Kasabian's solo project The S.L.P., Keane (who also appear at #31) and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. Post Malone is also the highest climber this week, climbing 33 positions from #40 last week. Expect a high entry for his next single 'Circles' (whenever it actually releases ) Other new entries are SWMRS' third chart appearance at #11, Enter Shikari, Gerry Cinnamon, Charli XCX, Sleeping With Sirens, Grayscale, Friendly Fires, Yonaka, Half Alive and Deco. 1. Hi Whoddy!
Giving your #1 a listen now - the lyrics are... not my thing but the riff is quite nice! Playing April in Houston now, another very American band I see It's alright, I like how the tune changes! I do quite like the new Keane one though! Heard it for the first time today, I'm sure it will grow on me. Great chart |

about time Canter made it onto this chart! as the one of 2 indie tracks in my top 100. Belter from him is rather good too. It would've made my chart when it came out tbh but I've been playing it a lot more lately. Belter is actually one of his I'm not too keen on, really like Sometimes as well though. Thanks for commenting! Nice to see "Will We Talk?" and "Goodbyes" in the top 10! I also like the debuts for "Blame It On Your Love" and "Silhouettes"! Great chart! Buzzing for Sam Fender's album! Hopefully it'll give some more Sam Fender tunes for my chart. Thanks for commenting! Hi Whoddy! Giving your #1 a listen now - the lyrics are... not my thing but the riff is quite nice! I've really loved SWMRS' second album! I need to check out thei debut at some point. I'm actually really surprised how much I like the two new Keane songs, I was never really a fan of their older music - maybe I need to give it another go! Thanks for commenting |

Great to see Goodbyes having a big climb into your top ten!
Also liking the new entries for Enter Shikari (even if it's a very different direction for them), Sleeping With Sirens, Friendly Fires and Keane! I'm actually really surprised how much I like the two new Keane songs, I was never really a fan of their older music - maybe I need to give it another go! You definitely need to! I like the new Keane songs but for me it's nothing compared to most of the tracks on Hopes & Fears or Perfect Symmetry! Definitely worth a listen, I reckon you'd like the latter a lot more actually if you're not a fan of their older stuff, Perfect Symmetry was probably my favourite album of 2008! |
