Kylie’s most recent release, the Nashville-recorded and country-influenced album Golden (out now via Liberator Music/BMG), debuted at #1 on the ARIA and UK Charts, featuring tracks such as ‘Golden’, ‘Music’s Too Sad Without You’ (feat. Jack Savoretti), ‘A Lifetime To Repair’ and her latest single ‘Sincerely Yours’.

Pleased that SY has made it to being a single somewhere in the world wub.gif Interesting she hasn’t gone with MTSWY over there though especially as it has a video etc.,

I would have swapped out A Lifetime To Repair for Yours Sincerely for Australia instead of Music's Too Sad Without You.
I have a feeling Yours Sincerely will get a limited physical release as its usually the 1 off style of singles for a specific country get the limited releases.

First thing I did was check the Sanity website (Australia’s answer to HMV) after seeing this post as they always stick everything Kylie related and ship to the UK but no sign of a physical for YS yet! But hoping they do one like they did with ‘Cowboy Style’.

A physical for Sincerely Yours would just make me more annoyed that there hasn't been any for the last few, ha.

A nice choice, and a strong indication it'll end up being included in the Australian tour set list... which would perhaps mean other elements of the set list would be altered? Will be interesting to see how different or not the show ends up being.

Totally agree - I love SY but I think that MTSWY stands out and is something different from the album. To the general public YS falls into the Lifetime To Repair/Golden category.

Ya mtswy shows a different side and isn't upbeat and may appeal to a different audience.

Really? It''s nothing like either of those. It's totally different from the album's general aesthetic too.

To be honest, it's such a favourite of mine that I'd prefer kept as a special album track than as a proper single.

With Kylie doing a different release in Australia she may have plans to promote it there.
This is the first time that Kylie has released 5 singles from an album, i stand to be corrected, but she hasn't done this before to my knowledge?

Both Light Years and X have 5 singles each (if you choose to count Kids for the former and All I See for the latter).

I mean more in relation to the one market.

Golden for the UK has 5 single releases but it would be counted as 6 if we take into consideration YS is getting an Australian release.

I take it nothing happened with this then?! Was hoping for an Australian physical format or a tour edition of ‘Golden’ like they usually do nocheer.gif

I’m not sure they ever done anything with it tbh from a quick look - no remixes, no lyric video and it didn’t chart. Missed opportunity to capatilise on Kylie being in Australia - her sales seem to have declined in Australia in general, ‘Golden’ got to #1 but was out of the charts in 5 weeks I believe?
