#36 Miley Cyrus - We Can't Stop



Narrowly beating Blurred Lines and Drinking From The Bottle is Miley Cyrus's comeback single which surprised many people but not in a good way. I definitely was expecting something bad from her anyway and this is what we got. Great choice of elimination this time Buzzjack.

We Can't Stop is one of the best songs there, such a good reinvention..

Went for blurred lines tactically this week to potentially save the 2nd best song of the year leaving
I might be heading over to when I was your man soon as I heard the worst ever cover on Sunday

I don't really like we can't stop- her first era + PITU and Climb was so much better

This has just made me realise that 'Wrecking Ball' didn't even make the year end top 40 last year Surely it must have outsold 'We Can't Stop' now?

Still voting 'Scream & Shout'. By the way what are you going to do if/when there's a tie? Just kick out all the tied songs?

I really don't mind any of the rest. Dear Darlin' and Just Give Me A Reason are only two I don't like at all. I voted Dear Darlin' but I can't see it going for a while.

I Need Your Love is probably going to be top 3 I reckon. I just can't imagine anybody on here hating it.

Voting Drinking From the Bottle. Great to see it FINALLY in the lead!

We Can't Stop isn't that bad really. But 23 is a much catchier Mike Will/Miley song.

Very sad to see Talk Dirty out. It's one of the most fun and memorable chart hits of 2013 imo. And it's also sad since if Talk Dirty goes out this early no way will Thrift Shop (also one of the most fun and memorable chart hits of 2013 imo) last very long, since given how similar Thrift Shop and Talk Dirty are, most people will either like both or hate both.

INYL got loads of low scores in the recent Calvin singles rate and came #17th so it would be great for it to come high. Let's hope so, Drinking From The Bottle is far from the worst there too.

I Need Your Love was brutally overplayed to the point where I now skip it if it ever comes on shuffle.

I imagine if I Need Your Love got eliminated, it would be through people exhausting songs they hate and just picking it for being a bit average (I kind of like it myself), though that certainly could be quite a while away!
