Great, Tombo!
Definetily, it should a very unique concert!! Looking forward to this.
A few years ago Kylie did a AntiTour (well, 5 concerts in total but anyway) with rare songs included. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti_Tour
Who knows, maybe Rob will do something like this as well.

I see there's a bit of a hoo-hah going on FB as the tickets have now been offered to non paying members of the app.
I'm guessing - that's to ensure the venue is sold out.
I must admit I've never been bothered about "exclusivity". That kind of thing doesn't matter to me.
For me - it is all about hearing/seeing him sing songs that he doesn't normally.
That's what I want to see.
I saw a photo of the venue today - everyone going will have a gorgeous view.

Same here Laura , I am happy everyone I know get tickets , they have too fill seats, nothing worse than a half empty venue , you need a crowd for atmosphere
It's not everyone that can afford to travel to concerts especially if you are coming from abroad, hotels, flights, etc , it all adds up & with Xmas not too far away money can be tight

I received an email as not paying member and I would go. I want to see HES performed and all the little gems. But it is too short notice. So I hope that the non-paying members will also be available the stream if there is one.

We've got ours. They're good quality.

Still no word on the live streaming. I've seen lots of people asking about it on Upfront but no reply as yet.

What are they like size wise Laura. I bought a PF one last year & it's very true to size & fits perfectly

- very roomy. I made a mistake buying a medium Tess - it's huge - very roomy. I was worried that a small may be too small for an erm… mature woman but it would have been a better fit.
The quality and design is gorgeous though. It's got the gig date on too which is super cool.

I wonder if I should still go to the gig. Or is that too late now? Would I still get the ticket in time and how can I find a hotel now? I never travel, I have no experience at all in these things.

I have no idea Lundi as I am not going myself , if you go on Upfront someone might have a spare ticket
Posted by: Lundi 29th September 2019, 06:15 PM
I got the code for the ticket so I can buy it myself. But I have to find and book a hotel and a train and I have never done this, because I really don't like travelling. The gig would be a great exception but since I received the code I am really tempted.

The question about live streaming the gig came up on Upfront again last night and one of the Mods said that it is being looked into .
Fingers crossed.

No - I'm happy in the seats. I'll be standing up anyway and dancing.
I don't need to be right at the front. I'm happy for the music.
I think you get much more atmosphere being one of the crowd.

Rehearsals today.
He's looking incredibly well.
Apparently there's 24 songs. Ghosts and The 80s are in. It's worth it just for those two alone I think.

Just popping to say what a gorgeous gig it was. He looked so beautiful there 💖. Iconic venue. Great setlist. My absolute favourite was Raver. I loved Greenlight , Ghosts and The 80s. We had a great view from the balcony. We were sat close to Ayda and Gwen who both looked beautiful.
It was a really lovely night. We stood up and danced all night but there were lots sitting . For me that's odd.
He said there would be more UTR gigs so everyone has another chance to go. There was so much love for him in the room. I hope he felt it.

It was very loud and full of love Tess.
I've read a few people who were standing saying that it was too crowded. It was certainly very, very hot in there and the floor did look absolutely rammed.
We had the best of both worlds - lots of space in the seats and able to dance all night. I loved it. He's going to do another one - hope others who weren't able to attend this one, have the chance to go.
He did a bit of Phoenix From The flames Tess - have you seen that?

I guess being an intimate gig with die-hard fans made a difference , I would have loved that kind of show ( in seats just like you Laura but where you could also stand ) , there did not seem to be any press there so I guess they were strict with issuing the tickets
If it comes around again I will go for sure ..

This gives a good idea of the noise in there.
This lady was obviously in the seats - her view was similar to ours except our seats were dead in front of the stage.
I kept saying to my friend - how gorgeous he looked on stage - very big, tall and solid.

and I saw a photo of the setlist on FB somewhere - Blasphemy was on it but he missed it out.
Although - I think that could be because most of the songs were very upbeat and rocky and maybe he thought Blasphemy would bring the atmosphere down.
Maybe next time
