Oops ended up missing all of this, caught up now!
V happy with 5th for sure, thought I might be a bit lower than that and then with the jury flop I was like shit, but yay thanks for the votes guys <3 Can't ask for more than to do so well with a song I adore (ba dum tsst x). Also thrilled for Ojnoj, very very nearly my 18 but Tinnmark edged it and a fab pop song, plus it's always fab to see first wins. In all my faves did quite well but gutted at Pvris bombing, I had it like 20 places higher :/ St. Burbia should not be that low either but sadly that was a bit more expected. |

YES! Congrats Ojnoj, so thrilled with 'Heart To Break' winning! And such an overdue victory as well!
This was such a strong contest overall, and well-hosted too! I'm very happy about FARC and Tartford exceeding expectations. Where was the love for Bhangra though, Alcazar deserved FAR better! |

Arrgh I missed following it live (didn't have the best connection + I was busy) but just spent around an hour fully catching up. I'm happy with 24th, first time I've been in the 21-30 bracket actually so nice to have something new in my stats, decent result too.
Huge thanks to: Tinnmark (5) Ramrynia (13) Seyetana (4) Cor Lupus (5) Summercia (11) Terra Avium (9) Fljótavík (9) Kluminican Republic (10) Trifoski (2) South Danaelander (3) Ojnoj (2) Jadakissnia (3) Azure (7) Cumulonimbia (3) St. Burbia (9) Alteria (2) Persephonia (1) Suedonia (12) Rolloland (6) Bøtanikkä (4) Aesthetica (10) Buzzjack Mountain (7) Jupiterdonia (12) Cadelicia (1) Skall (9) Especially Ramrynia for the medal position, and sort of you guys too x: Espen (Comis) Quintessa (Comis) It looks like I picked up a lot of the trickle points which I kind of expected might happen. Gutted for PVRIS, deserved so much better, I would've 18'd it but I demoted it to 13 because I already knew it so well (and tbh that's a much smaller demotion than I usually make in these situations, it's that good). Very decent winner, was in my commiserations for both the semi and final funnily enough but good winner either way! Was great to see Unovia and Ashton do so well and of course my 18- Klum Republic. I wasn't expecting it to do that well at all so top 10 is amazing. Loved the hosting Phil, thanks for running it so well! I thought the semi position reveal worked really well too, they don't give that much away, there's often deviation and if there is correlation you can see it in the votes already as they're being revealed. Tbh I didn't keep all of them in mind as I kept reading anyway. They're just interesting and add tension, and they're rarely 100% accurate. I mean, I came 15th in the semi this time so I'd have been projected roughly at 30/ 31. And of course there's that time I came 4th in the semi and dropped to 37th in the final. #notbitter |

Oops at me only just realising Ojnoj is Jonjo backwards......
Congrats Ojnoj!!! A well deserved win tbh although quite unexpected! HUGE thank you to everyone who gave Holland-Oats points (been on my phone mostly this week so I can’t easily check ) , #29 is more than I could’ve asked for as our first qualifying entry! Still testing out the waters for what I think Holland-Oats is best entering... |
