 Just wanna firstly say that it's probably your rate comment that motivated me more than before to bring my chart back, so thank you for that!! <3 Anyway~ as for your chart I am loving your #1 right now! I really do need to check out 'Glory' in full. I saw the hype around 'Do You Wanna Come Over?' so I checked it out and it really is worthy of all the hype! Your #2 'Make Me...' is also really good which makes me excited for the album. 'Tears', 'Greedy' and 'Tilted' are all big highlights in your top 10, also. Really hope that 'Greedy' will be picked as a single in the future! Other faves here: The Chainsmokers feat. Daya, twenty one pilots, Tove Lo, Charlie Puth feat. Selena Gomez and Dua Lipa! Good stuff

It's an incredibly strong and consistent album; you usually expect artists to not be at their peak of creativity and quality when their chart relevance dies down, but this is easily one of her best albums. So many highlights, most following a similar sensual, chilled sound to 'Make Me...' - 'Slumber Party', 'Just Luv Me', 'Invitation' are among the best - then you've got some huge pop moments like 'Clumsy' and 'Liar'. The latter comes from the deluxe and I'd say definitely listen to those tracks too, as I have done this past week. 'Greedy' legit needs to be a single; she'd be crazy to snub it. 'Side to Side' was also screaming to be a single so I don't mind the fact that's come first, even if I do prefer 'Greedy'. Hi Liam!
Liking the Britney takeover this week, I listened to the album yesterday and I surprised myself by quite liking it. Probably need to give it another couple of listens but so far the standout tracks for me are If I'm Dancing, Man On The Moon and Do You Wanna Come Over. Glad it managed to give her another Top 2 album but the fall on Friday is not going to be good! Britney aside, I'm loving the Ariana/Nicki collab, has been an obvious single choice for me for a while so I'm hardly surprised. Very catchy and could well up becoming my favourite Ariana song  'Blow Your Mind (Mwah)' is not bad I suppose, though I prefer the two previous singles. Again, it sounds like it a hit for her though. Good stuff as always! |

This Britney domination!  Glory is still dominating my taste right now as well, such a fantastic album and an unbelievable return to form after the mess that was Britney Jean. That top 4 is basically 4 of my top 5  Love Me Down would complete the set Also really liking the new entry from Dua Lipa! Blow Your Mind (Mwah) is my favourite thing from her so far, excited to hear her album when it eventually happens lol :') Excellent chart! |

Those picks for your faves are so good, 'If I'm Dancing' keeps climbing in my estimations and I can't get enough of those Vines! :') Shame about the 2-41 drop for the album but at least we got one of her best pieces of work. It's taken off really fast and I can see it easily being another long-running hit for her, regardless of its peak (although I think she could actually go Top 10 this time). I'm loving how many people genuinely love Britney's new album! Seems to be among everyone's favourite Britney albums and that's such an incredible feat to still be making music that is of such a good quality despite being long passed her peak of chart success. This deserves to get plenty of awards next year! Another 'Love Me Down' lover too! Seems I underestimated that song as it turns out more people than I expected seem to rank it so highly. I love the post-chorus to 'Blow Your Mind'; really full of attitude and the "mwah" really tops it off! I too am really looking forward to the album, even if the album cover(s) are hideous! |
