No idea when this is coming, but the US TV show 'Girls' just used a brand new Robyn track called 'Honey' as the sound-bed to one of the scenes in the latest episode. Robyn also teased the fact this was happening on Instagram, so it would appear as though she is maybe using this to give people a first listen to what she has been coming up with.

The snippet (with the TV characters talking over it) can be heard here. It sounds so beautiful. I need it in full and new Robyn ASAP. It's been way too long.

They played a 20 second snippet on Radio 1 this morning and they said it would be out this Friday.

She's pretty much said that she thinks that the traditional album as a way of releasing things is dead, that's why her releases have been so erratic and wildly uneven qualitywise. She pretty much seems to put out anything she records these days without much thought...
