You mean like the former members of his administration who have said things along those lines? Someone who contradicts himself as often as Trump does is not demonstrating a powerful intellect. Of course, if by "basic intelligence" you mean he is capable of remembering his name, he probably passes the test. |

No they have noticed (those who arent in prison already, but have left) and they have commented that he's an idiot. Rich idiots can do whatever they want cos they have money to fall back on. He still hasnt filled so many positions, doesnt pay attention when he bothers to have update sessions, and generally ignores the US constitution and gives his kids cushy jobs to help them get richer.
