only downside I do feel is the companions, I think I would have preferred a fresh set. |

It looks awful
 The only good moments were where she was by herself and not with her army of 5000 companions. Ryan StClair is an atrocious, wooden actor and Bradley Walsh isn't much better.

If that is a Racnoss, that's one alien I never expected to make a comeback. I'm guessing that after not re-introducing any aliens last season, they've gone the other way and included a number of them (Judoon & Cybermen are there as well). The trailer is definitely more promising than what the last series gave us, so hopefully it's an improvement. Although as others have said, they really should've refreshed the companions for this series - I really think it would be better to reduce it to just the one permanent one.

I've just gotta hope they'll kill off/axe one of the companions mid season as a surprise, even if that's a very narrow shot given Chibnall's bland, family-friendly style (Did I mention I hate his style? I HATE HIS STYLE).
Does look a good trailer though, I hope the series can match that action, and that the Cybermen can be a better turnout than the Daleks! (if you scrolled down before watching that trailer, you are silly x) |

Chibnall’s announced that there will be two-parters this series, and that they’re ‘epic’ (let’s wait and see
 ). This is good news, hopefully it ends up just being the first two episodes and the last two though, because any more than that and I feel like we’ll be losing any sort of variety given there are only 10 episodes. |

That is good news, a few of the episodes last season definitely had the scope to be longer and would likely have been improved had they been so.

Arachnids in the UK is at least semi-tolerable because the episode does what it says on the tin, but I can't @ Spyfall...
