BuzzJack has spoken, your choice has been made. Let us kick off Eurovision week 2017 with the qualification ceremony. The envelopes have been sealed and handed to me, so let's begin! But first, a reminder of the songs that are in contention:

Now, to keep the tension building up to a single peak and because we have the freedom to do so on a web forum format, to keep it interesting we will announce the semi qualifiers as one whole group, alternating between the first and second semi until all the qualifiers are revealed. They will be joining the six automatic qualifiers in our final whilst the remaining sixteen will be getting the early morning Ryanair return flight of shame.

So, I'm ready, are you?
