I’m trying to think what UK TV dramas there have even been over the past year!
I hope Inside No 9 gets something but I very much doubt it |

I’m trying to think what UK TV dramas there have even been over the past year! Off the top of my head, Born to Kill, Liar, The Moorside and Three Girls would be the top contenders but they usually choose way more 'unknown' programmes than what I've seen It would be nice for Broadchurch to get recognised, Julie Hesmondhalgh definitely deserves a nomination at the very least. I wish they included international programmes alongside the main categories though |

'Chewing Gum' is so underrated, would love for that to win!
Also happy for End Of The f***ing World and Black Mirror but I think they were always going to happen. |

BAFTA nominated Jane MacDonald omg, Channel 5 will be having a field day and rebranding to Channel Jane.
That Stormzy Love Island nom is so cringy and desperate. It’s like they wanted to nominate Love Island because it was one of the most talked about shows last year, and it helps bring the attention of the yoof but there wasn’t a standout moment so they picked Stormzy to enhance that yoof attention because its what the kids are into. How can anyone say that Stormzy giving his opinion to some people is a must see TV moment?? Very happy for the Black Mirror, The End of the f***ing World (very shocked at any nomination, nevermind the prestigious DRAMA category), Taskmaster, Carastrophe and Line of Duty love and particuarly pleased for the Motherland recognition! And Sian Gibson who is AMAZING in Car Share. wtf at Celebrity Hunted being nominated though rather than the normal show :/ |

Airing tonight! Hoping for some Black Mirror wins but particularly excited to see who wins for Best Female Comedy Actress!
Really hope that Stormzy appearing on Love Island doesn’t win a BAFTA. Its a joke award anyway but I cannot believe a slightly famous person appearing on a TV show via Skype is in contention for a BAFTA |
