1) Qs are announced in random order
2) I don't lie
3) If I messed up my hints at a point, then it will be possible to figure out bits, so pay attention if you want to know more than the others
(Hint 1: I know that there are at least 3 Qs/DNQs that can be figured out a bit before announcing them )
4) Use your logic, calculate & have fun!

Some will be off the hook fairly quicky, while others spend more time in the spotlight. A LOT more time. Please don't take it personally.

Excited for this *.* I'm feeling confident about the chances of 'Birdsong' qualifying as I think it had a favourable semi draw. But we'll see. Intrigued for all the hints!

Interesting interesting ~

I'm still feeling a DNQ coming but feel free to surprise me guys. x Thinking that most of my main faves should actually be safe but lemme root for Aelandor and Beaverdonia which I'm less confident about. Also Espen.

(I mean Aelandor really should be through with that semi but after what happened to Hockeysmith I am paranoid x)

Real shame to see BEST KPOP SONG EVER Volume Up so low. I heavily penalised it because I know it so well but I’d hoped it would do a bit better than that.

That was a good haul from semi 2, I'm very satisfied with those overall.

Very pleased to see Aesthetica through as well, while it doesn't have as gorgeous an instrumental as Volume Up (few things do, most of them named Careless Whisper), it's a good song. Unovia's cool too.

So it's another contest and another appearance in the final for both Aeroche and Cor Lupus, extending their national records to 20 in a row. Only six other countries have ever managed to make 20 finals in a row - the last time a country was on a streak of 20+ was when FSR Rontvia lodged their record 42nd consecutive final appearance in BJSC 54. The other countries to manage it are Hendinia (with a run of 34 in a row ending just two contests before FSR Rontvia lost their streak), Torchwood (28 in a row), Quotosibb (a record 27 in a row from their debut), Qärenfanghoney (24 in a row) and Numayania (20 in a row, also from their debut). Poor Trifoski could have been about to become the ninth country to manage this had they not lost their streak last contest. </3

Not much else of interest to comment on, as St. Burbia, Quintessa and Rolloland are the only other countries on national record streaks, which they were all on already and have just extended them another month to 7, 6 and 4 in a row respectively. That is apart from Frandoot, who have finally qualified again and thus matched their record of one in a row (they've yet to enter more than one contest in a row and qualified with only one of their previous five entries), and Enty who similarly have not yet entered consecutive contests and now pick up their very first qualifier after missing out with three previous attempts. Yay fresh faces.

Thanks to all who voted for Singerpurear, yet again missing a final by a few measley votes. It was always going to the case that some good tracks were going to flop with such a strong semi, but as Abba once said in the new Mamma Mia film.... (insert own suggestion here)

Fab hosting Frank, and I may be wrong but I think all ten of our choices got through, hooray! Suggestions that we entered Moloko just to have an excuse for the brilliant track to enter our national charts again at 1 are not entirely without merit and it is now rocketing up our all-time Top 800 million-"sellers" chart as a consequence
