Gaga has always been known for her dancefloor-filling club bangers... until recently. Sprinkled across her early career are ballads that stood out as unlike Gaga's normal sound, but recently she has dabbled much more into the realms of the acoustic, stripped back, moving numbers. With the positive reaction to her Joanne album, and the immense worldwide success of A Star is Born (a soundtrack filled to the brim with beautiful ballads), it seems Gaga has proven she can do ballads just as well as she does the bangers. But which is your favourite?

Below are 19 of Gaga's signature ballads. We have chosen to omit any covers or reworkings of existing tracks and include 19 wholly original numbers. Your job is simple: RATE them. Usual rules of one 11 and one -1 allowed.

Yeah The Fame ballads are awful :') She's gotten better at ballads as time has progressed in my opinion peaking with the latest era of course!

Agreed, but I’d extend ‘The Fame’ to include ‘The Fame Monster’. The first three on the list are literally the worst three.
