Has any band who has had a chart hit this year or last managed a decade of hits, that is a top 75 hit every year for the last 10 years?

Mary J Blige has had at least one UK hit (or featured as a guest vocalist) every year since 1992.

Not the answer you wanted exactly, but
Status quo have had a top 75 hit every year since 1973, except for years 1985 ,1987,1993,1997, 1998,2001 and 2003.

well even though that answer is touching the retro, 12 tears of hits is good going (between 73-85) especially since (i think) this was the time of rock people just normally releasing albums and not focusing on singles

Madonna has had a single on UK top 40 on every year since 1984. However The Look Of Love was released December 1987 and Love Profusion December 2003, but they both charted in top 40 1988 and 2004.
