Looks like Lush Life won't happen in the US, will it? cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Five months in and still Bubbling Under, nowhere near Hot 100 now (it was close at one point, reaching #2). I doubt the label would want to try again unless it was used in a commercial or something. At least there might be a hope for a Gold certification, since it is still getting streams on Spotify.

It's pretty likely they'll give Lush Life a much bigger push later this year. Never Forget You is just now re-peaking, which is nice to see after it stalled for so long, so why *wouldn't* the label want to try again now that she has a hit to her name and Lush Life has been huge everywhere else? It definitely still has a chance in the US too! biggrin.gif

Remarkable that Pillowtalk is still top 10 here when it's no longer top 40 in the UK! I didn't think it'd have such different chart runs in each country, especially now that the UK chart has slowed down so much. Glad to see Ride in the top 40!

I just hope they don't release it too late. They have the perfect window in the next month to give it another push now that "Never Forget You" is peaking and the summer months are approaching. Ideally, I'd like it to have the same chart trajectory as "Cheerleader", though maybe a few weeks off, peaking mid-late August perhaps.
