Carly Rae Jepsen is #3 on iTunes in Ireland, probably a fair representation of how it'll do here (on around 0.7 of Wiz Khalifa)

Really really really really don't think it'll be sales #1 - not with the Top 2 selling 12-14K per day on iTunes at the moment...

How can you tell that the top 2 are selling 12-14 K per day on iTunes?

I thought Carly would be a certain #1 up until recently, but doesn't look like she'll manage it now, I'd imagine it should still sell quite well though. It's irritating catchy, but the lyrics still make me cringe and it pretty much completely misses the mark compared to Call Me Maybe so I'm glad it won't match that success.

I thought I'm an Albatraoz would never actually get released, I heard it like back in January, surprised it's honestly doing anything at all!

By looking at the midweek sales figures produced for the record industry. To give you an idea of the gap, the #4 is only selling around 3K/day.

I suppose Iggy Azalea's song is being cherrypicked into the #4 position seeing as it's a post album single.

I hope Lean On can climb to #9 at least swiftly before I Really Like You inevitably enters the top ten.

Go Carly! cheer.gif I never thought she'd get near the UK top 40 again, so to be in with a great chance of #3 is unbelievable!

Carly's song is sooo good, best pop song in ages. Gutted if wiz beats her... Or even worse omi beats her with that shitty excuse for a song.

So many songs premiered ages ago out this week... Skepta, Raleigh Ritchie, Blizzard/Shakka & Tinchy Stryder laugh.gif Didn't know Wiley's new single was out this week though, another fine Heavytrackerz production. He does only tend to rap about himself though!

Hope Skepta gets another top 40. It will surprise nobody who reads this forum that I'm not a fan of the Carly Rae Jepsen song. laugh.gif Hopefully the top two can stay as it is.

I think it's clear Sinitta will slay faves on 2 days of sales.

Carly is up to #3 already. Something Clean Bandit didn't manage for another 11 hours last week. She's also higher than Omi was at this point on his release day. tongue.gif

I think Carly is a cert for #3 as well, I don't think her pre-orders will be that high considering sales were low when Jess Glynne was at #1 during that period.

AronChupa should have been released ages ago, I think it will finish missing the top 40 by the end of the week, unless it gets a firm foothold in the top 20.

And I'm assuming Billy Joel's track is something to do with BGT

I am actually beginning to think Carly has a shot at #1 afterall, think it could all depend on streams this week. Also Omi is getting quite close to overtaking Wiz on iTunes, I wonder if he can overtake him in the next couple of weeks?

I reckon Carly could get a sales #2 (but rather a sales #1 but that's not certain) and really hoping AronChuoa gets top 40 by the week.
Oh, and Alesso to have a cool peak in the top 40 biggrin.gif
