It has been announced that Calvin Harris will be playing at Coachella this year. This is the fifth time he's performing there after he played at the Gobi Tent in 2008, the Sahara Tent in 2012 and the Coachella Stage in 2014 and 2016, being the latter the year which he headlined the festival.

There are rumours that he stepped in last minute after My Chemical Romance pulled out (which could suggest why he isn't headlining) - though I can't find an actual source for this.
