With Señorita riding high in the charts, and becoming one of his biggest and best hits to date, do you think Shawn's peaked and has hit the pinnacle of his career with the likes of Stitches, massive arena tours, etc under his belt too, or do you think there's still a lot left for him to achieve / something else he can put out there musically before hitting his highest point(s)? Discuss! biggrin.gif

Personally, I still think Shawn's got SO much more to give. I think his next album could end up being even bigger and better than the self-titled with the right amount of label support, and pushing the right songs as singles at the right time with plenty promo. And of course his tour this time has been massively successful, but I can still see him going on to do stadium tours in the future and selling out with ease. wub.gif

I don't think so. I feel like 'Señorita' is setting him up perfectly for a MASSIVE era. He just needs to ride the momentum and capitalise on it/switch it up slightly from his last era. He's got it so right atm.

Do away with the boy next door, singer songwriter. He's peaked with that sound imo. His last album captured it perfectly. Get into FULL popstar mode, I'd say and the new song does that perfectly!

I think he may be going through his peak at the moment and his upcoming album may do good for him.

I certainly think Shawn has great potential to keep going from strength to strength, given he’s only about to turn 21 he’s really only at the beginning still! He could go on to have bigger moments in his career (like bigger tours, albums that are bigger sellers than his first three).

Agreed, I definitely think he's yet to have an album that will be HUGE. Possibly the next album or the album after? I'm just hoping that in a few years' time he doesn't end up going down a Bieber route and releasing something like Journals that nobody asked for or needed laugh.gif x

I think if he can keep the momentum of Senorita going with the start of the next era, he's in for his biggest album yet. I feel like he's working his way up to at least a couple of stadium shows at some point too, the momentum of his tours is increasing rapidly!
