Well I was fully expecting a different Adele single to be added but instead they've just gone back to 'Easy On Me'
 strange that the record company haven't officially nominated the next single.New Years & Years added reasonably quickly, I guess everyone's pretending 'Crave' didn't happen? Good to see 'Trouble' added, that's the best thing I've heard so far from Joy Crookes. They're really loving 'Tell Me Something Good' aren't they? And quite rightly so  'Merry Christmas' being Tune of the Weekend is great, although whether they'll playlist an actual Christmas song remains to be seen. Tbh they should have just thrown it on the A-list and kept it there until Christmas. 13 songs on the B-list and 10 on the C-list this week, when usually it's 15 and 12. Guess that's down to Christmas, although IIRC they don't usually shorten the playlists in December. |

I think 'Crave' was a grat tbh not an official single.
Thought the next Adele single was 'I Drink Wine'? Seems pointless to move on from 'Easy On Me' just yet if it's still number 1. They'll playlist the next single after Christmas now I think. |

I feel like if he keeps releasing duds like this that inevitably go nowhere his days of getting support might be numbered though.

really expected the Ed&Elton Xmas song to be insta-added, they could have added and share plays with Graffiti
i think it's sensible to stick to Easy On Me for now until it's dethroned from #1 and a new single is officially announced |

My understanding is 'I Drink Wine' was originally planned and even has a video filmed, but last week a lot of people seemed to be under the impression it had been switched to 'Oh My God' with that being sent to US radio as the official second single. I feel like she needs to show a different side to her at this point though, so I really hope they do push OMG. |

They used to but more recently they don’t add them and just give newer ones spot plays!
Love the new ShyGirl and Joy Crookes adds. Checked the Sam Fender airplay last week by radio 1 and the played ‘Spit Of You’ 17 times and ‘17 Going Under’ 13 times which is unusual albeit 17 is a top 10 hit currently. |
