Finishing a valiant third is the band's fourth single from debut album 'Experience', the sensational 'Out Of Space'. Released in late 1992, the single was another commercial success, entering the UK top 5 just as 'Charly' & 'Everybody In The Place' had managed the previous year. The sample-heavy track featured a rather wacky music video that complemented the lyrics & crazy rave style evident in many of their early tracks and the single remains a fan favourite to this very day. It's easily in my top 5 tracks of theirs so to see it finish in the top 3 here is very satisfying! Still, it racked up 4 more votes more than either of the remainders & it means the final 'Experience' single has fallen; leaving us with...
In the red corner:
Seventh official single & second release from 'Music For The Jilted Generation', #4 peaker in 1994 - No Good (Start The Dance)
In the blue corner:
Eleventh official single & second release from 'The Fat Of The Land', the band's second #1 single in 1996 - Breathe
May I remind you all to vote for your LEAST favourite of the two (that is, the one you don't want to win [people still get this wrong ]). I'll keep this one open for a week so you have until next Sunday to decide & cast your vote! May the least, least favourite win
No Good (Start The Dance)
'Breathe' to win.
I'm in the same boat, Breathe ftw!
Oh so 'No Good (Start The Dance)' did make the final 2 after all - as I originally thought it would, though I thought 'Firestarter' would be more likely to be there with it than 'Breathe'!
'Breathe' to win obviously.
My favourite The Prodigy single out now </3 'Out Of Space' <333
But 'Breathe' is my 2nd fave so that to win.
24 hour warning...
