I can't imagine they're actually playing that remix of TMBTL over the original version, I'm guessing they're just playing the remix occasionally?

I'll never understand why they insist on A-listing every Twenty One Pilots flop, this is the fourth single from this era they've A-listed. I'm not complaining with this one though because it's my favourite of the era but still!

Was really hoping they'd playlist 'Dance Monkey' today, seen as it's on the cusp of the Top 40. I'll keep my fingers crossed for next week...

Not the most interesting additions today - I was also hoping Dance Monkey might have been playlisted. But happy for BROCKHAMPTON and also for Dermot Kennedy moving up to the A list!

Just a small thing M4NGO, on the website it looks like Senorita has been removed and replaced with Taylor Swift - Lover.

I'm glad to see BROCKHAMPTON on the playlist. Last time that happened was with 1999 WILDFIRE back in September 2018.

They also playlisted 'Georgia' from Kevin Abstract's solo album earlier this year! Neither of those songs ascended above the C-List though sadly.

Great to see 'NO HALO' on there (I was hoping it would be) and fingers crossed this can be the first to at least get to the B-List for them since it is actually charting! Good adds from Taylor and Megan as well. I don't need to be hearing more Icona Pop in 2019 tho x

Fairly token addition of Dermot Kennedy to the A List to fill their indie quota, wish they'd support more interesting indie artists

Good to see Lover straight into the A List though and I echo Mango about 21 Pilots - they're in that ascendency era were everything is A Listed by them even though it does nothing as the stations loves the album the record labels really pushing them. Why so late though? Agree also at Jorja/Lana being held in the B List - I think at least Jorja might eventually be A Listed so why hold her back while she's selling a lot chart wise - it'll just stall her progress.

Might check out the Introducing Record - Declan Welsh and the Decadent West just because of that name.

How random! (Quite liking that song and the Anderson/Brandy one, a quiet but generally pretty decent week of additions. Even the Yves V song is actually alright, not as annoying as Icona Pop tend to be).

I never really understand why a song gets playlisted for 3 weeks on the C List. It gets about 5 plays over the whole week so wouldn’t have any impact on the chart either. Like what was the point of playlisting that Chance The Rapper song really - if a song is a bit different but they still want to playlist it (like Monsoon Rock at the moment) then why don’t they keep it on the playlist for 6 or 7 weeks on the C List! It would help more people hear it and gives the artist a bit of a launch pad. Does anyone else agree with me or think the 3 week C List additions are a good idea?

I agree with you. Since they got rid of the Upfront list they randomly move songs up and down the lists and you generally stay on the Clist for 3 weeks if you don't move up at all. You used to nearly always get at least 5 weeks on the list back in the day no matter where on the list you ended up. Also these days songs can take ages to get higher up the list, it's not unusual to see a song c listed for 3 weeks then move to the B list and stay there for 3 weeks or more then all of a sudden be in the A list.

They seem to keep alternative songs on the C list for the 3 weeks from 'cool' artists that have not released commercial or pop songs.
