They’re not gonna make the money they hope to make from it, no matter when they release it.

Weren't MGM looking to some streaming providers? Icr.
But yeah, I'd be surprised if this didn't get pushed back to the Summer at least. I can see 'Black Widow' being the first major release for cinemas, at the start of May. I think it'll do decently too. It'll hold stronger than 'Tenet' did for sure as it has a wider audience available. EDIT: I will be v v surprised if Bond doesn't get a cinema release. It's pretty much the biggest franchise for Box Office figures. ESPECIALLY in the UK. So money will be made... |

Bond will get postponed, 100% unless cinemas are open. I could see a September 2021 release date.

As expected, likely to move to November 2021.
The film was floated to streamers at $600m, but none of them took up the option. |

Not surprising really. A November release will mean it'll be six years since the last Bond film, 5 months short of the record length between 'License to Kill' and 'GoldenEye'.

Yeah I'm not holding my breath just yet but I see no reason why it should be moved again. This film best be bloody good!

Same here... strange day to release it though September 30th is a Monday, so I'm slightly dubious still. Monday-Thurs basically act as pre-orders and will add to it's opening weekend total.I think they've done this before. I wanna say it def happened with Spectre. |
